§ 31.05 CONFLICTS OF INTEREST PROHIBITED.

No member of the Board of Aldermen shall be pecuniarily interested, directly or indirectly, in any contract made or entered into by the Board, nor in any matter where the rights or liabilities of the town are, or may be, involved, except as allowed by state law.
