§ 111.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   "BAR OR TAVERN LICENSED BY THE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL BOARD OF NORTH CAROLINA." Any place primarily engaged in the sale of malt beverages as provided in G.S. Ch. 18B.
