§ 94.14 ENFORCEMENT OF MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation within the town to operate a place of business in violation of the maximum occupancy rates established by the State Building Code. All members of the town Police Department shall have the authority to enforce those maximum occupancy rates.
