(A) The fire limits of the town shall be described in the zoning regulations and on the official map in the office of the Town Clerk.

(B) No frame, sheet iron, or wooden building shall be erected or moved into the fire zone. No exceptions shall be made except as provided in the building code. Alterations and repairs to frame or wooden buildings shall be in accordance with the fire zone regulations set out in the building code. ('72 Code, § 8A-2)
