§ 92.10 OPERATING BOAT NEAR BEACH.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a boat powered by a gasoline or diesel fueled engine or by internal combustion engine inside the area 100 yards eastward from the mean high water mark of the Atlantic Ocean in a manner as to create a hazard to others.
