§ 92.06 AUTHORITY TO DECLARE OCEAN UNSAFE.
   The Chief of Police may declare the ocean to be unsafe, dangerous, and injurious when in his or her opinion and discretion, after considering and weighing all factors, he or she deems it for the best interest and safety of all concerned. The public shall be notified of the action by the most practical and expedient means.
