§ 90.06 GEOGRAPHICAL AREA TO WHICH THIS CHAPTER APPLIES.
   The provisions of this Chapter 90 shall apply in those areas where the town exercises territorial and extraterritorial jurisdiction under G.S. § 160A-360.
