§ 130.07 HOURS OF CERTAIN ALCOHOL SALES.

In accordance with the provisions of G.S. § 160A-205.3 the sale of malt beverages, unfortified wine, fortified wine, and mixed beverages is permitted beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday pursuant to a licensed premises' permit issued under the provisions of G.S. § 18B-1001.
