(A) Old Causeway Drive.
(1) During the period March 1 through October 31 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., no person shall cause or permit any vehicle registered in his or her name or which vehicle is under his or her control to be or remain parked in any marked parking space located on the northern side of Old Causeway Drive for any period of time for which the required parking fee has not been paid.
(2) No trailers of any kind, whether attached or unattached, may be parked at any time on Old Causeway Drive.
(3) A vehicle properly displaying a current authorized permit issued pursuant to the provisions of § 74.42 of this code shall be permitted to remain in a marked parking space without paying the required parking fee.
(B) Keel and Marina Streets. No trailer of any kind, whether attached or unattached, may be parked at any time on Marina Street or on Keel Street from its intersection with Seacrest Drive to its intersection with Old Causeway Drive.
