§ 50.102  GENERAL APPROVAL REQUIREMENTS.
   All water and sewer lines and appurtenances shall be designed by a licensed registered architect or engineer and shall bear his seal.  Proposed plans shall be submitted to the Director of Public Works in the amount of seven copies. The plans shall be reviewed by the Director and all town department heads, who shall submit their comments to the Director.  The Director shall then, in consultation with the Water and Sewer Division Superintendent, submit a report to the Board of Aldermen within 30 days of receipt of the plans.  Any department head who does not comment within ten working days, shall be considered to have no adverse comment.  Such extensions, if approved, shall be paid for and the total cost borne by the property owner.
