§ 50.101 GENERAL EXTENSION REQUIREMENTS.

All extensions of either water or sanitary sewer service shall be governed by the size of water lines and sanitary sewer lines to be installed and the other required system facilities shall be determined by the Town Manager or his designee in accordance with recognized standards and accepted engineering practices and design.
