(A) Customers whose service has been terminated for nonpayment and who pay their past due balances and late payment charges shall pay a reconnection fee of $50 to cover the cost of reestablishing water service to the customer. The town shall reestablish water service within a reasonable amount of time after notification of payment by Town Hall.
(B) Customers who request that their water service be disconnected shall pay a disconnect fee of $30 during normal business hours and $50 during non-business hours. There shall be a reconnect fee of $30 during normal business hours and $50 during non-business hours. Business hours shall be based upon Water Division schedule, 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
(C) Customers who request a meter reading without disconnection, except for property transfers, shall pay a fee of $10 per reading.
