The admission into the public sewers of any waters or wastes having a suspended solids content in excess of 200 mg/l by weight on a 24-hour composite basis, will be subject to an excess strength surcharge as stated in § 50.069. Any sample taken with suspended solids in excess of 700 mg/l by weight will result in the discharger meeting requirements as prescribed in § 50.048.
