Users seeking a waste discharge permit shall complete and file with the Director of Public Works an application on a form prescribed by the Director, accompanied by the applicable fee. The Director may further require that the application include any additional information deemed necessary by the Director in order to determine if pretreatment will be required to meet the conditions and limitations of this subchapter, or to meet EPA/DEM pretreatment standards. The Director may further require any information which is required by EPA/DEM or the town.
