No connections that will allow inflow to enter the town's wastewater collection and treatment system shall be permitted. The prohibited connections shall include but not be limited to the connection of roof downspouts, exterior foundation drains, or other sources of storm waters or groundwater to a building sewer which is connected directly or indirectly to a public sanitary sewer.
