§ 50.031 APPLICABILITY OF SEWER USE PROVISIONS.

All public sanitary sewer users shall comply with all applicable provisions of this subchapter, as amended, and shall further comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, and ordinances and regulations, including EPA/DEM pretreatment standards, which are at that time in effect. In the event of a conflict, the more stringent requirement or higher standard shall apply.
