§ 114.18 COMPLIANCE WITH TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.

Any person having been issued a vehicle for hire license under this chapter shall be subject to all traffic provisions of the State of North Carolina and this code, as well as those rules and regulations established by the Town Manager under the authority of this chapter.
