§ 114.17 RECORDS TO BE MAINTAINED.
   The Town Manager or designee shall have the right to inspect the records of the holder of a vehicle for hire license at any time during normal business hours of the operation. Additionally, the holder of such license shall provide reports to the Town Manager or designee as follows:
   (A)   A report of the termination of employment of any driver for any reason within 15 days of such termination.
   (B)   A copy of the North Carolina Safety Inspection Certificate within 15 days of the annual inspection of each vehicle, if applicable.
   (C)   A summary of any changes in the insurance coverage for any vehicle for hire.
   (D)   A report of the revocation of the North Carolina driver’s license of the holder of such license or any driver of a licensed vehicle for hire or any conviction of the holder of such license or any driver of a licensed vehicle for hire of any of the offenses described in § 114.09 hereinabove within five days of the date of such revocation or conviction.
   (E)   A report of any changes in the ownership of the business within five days of such change.
