(A) No person shall moor, anchor, secure, or leave abandoned any boat, raft, float, barge, or other similar device within the boundaries as herein described:
(1) Within that area bounded on the north by the southern line of Lot 107 of Shore Acres as shown on that map entitled “Map of Shore Acres Opposite Wrightsville Beach, N.C.” recorded in Book 3 at Page 66, Office of the Register of Deeds, New Hanover County, extended westwardly to the pierhead line, on the west by the pierhead line as established by the Town of Wrightsville Beach, on the south by the northern line of Lot 45 of Shore Acres as shown on that map entitled “Map of Shore Acres Opposite Wrightsville Beach, N.C.” recorded in Book 3 at Page 66, Office of the Register of Deeds, New Hanover County, extended westwardly to the pierhead line and on the east by the western line of Island Drive. The area described herein is adjacent to and includes the park located on the west side of South Harbor Island adjacent to Island Drive.
(2) Within that area bounded on the north by the northern line of Jasmine Place where Jasmine Place intersects Channel Drive (South) as shown on that map entitled “Map of Shore Acres Opposite Wrightsville Beach, N.C.” recorded in Book 3 at Page 66, Office of the Register of Deeds, New Hanover County, extended eastwardly to the pierhead line, on the east by the pierhead line as established by the Town of Wrightsville Beach, on the south by the southern line of Lot 5 of Shore Acres as shown on that map entitled “Map of Shore Acres Opposite Wrightsville Beach, N.C.” recorded in Book 3 at Page 66, Office of the Register of Deeds, New Hanover County, extended eastwardly to the pierhead line and on the west by the eastern line of Channel Drive (South) as shown on said map. The area described herein is adjacent to and includes the park located on the east side of South Harbor Island adjacent to Channel Drive (South).
(B) No person shall build, place, erect, or cause to be built, placed, or erected any piling, post, pier, stake, pipe, mooring buoy or similar implement or device whatsoever within the boundaries set out in this section.
