§ 117.13 FRANCHISES NON-EXCLUSIVE.

Any franchise granted pursuant to this chapter shall be nonexclusive. The grantor specifically reserves the right to grant, at any time, such additional franchises for a cable system or any component thereof to any other person, including itself, as it deems appropriate, subject to applicable federal and state law.
