For the purposes of controlling non-essential (irrigation) water usage, the Town of Wrightsville Beach shall be divided into the following zones.
(A) Zone 1. The north end of Wrightsville Island beginning at the center of Salisbury Street (East and West) and continuing north past 2700 N Lumina; this shall include all properties north of the aforementioned dividing line.
(B) Zone 2. The south end of Wrightsville Island beginning at the center of Stone Street to the center of the Causeway bridge on Wrightsville Island and continuing south to Jack Parker Blvd; this shall include all properties south of the aforementioned dividing line.
(C) Zone 3. The center of Wrightsville Beach beginning at the center of Salisbury Street (East and West) and continuing south to the center of Stone Street to the center of the Causeway bridge on Wrightsville Island; this shall include all properties between the dividing lines for Zones 1 and 2 and all of Harbor Island and the annexed areas on the west side of the Intracoastal Waterway.
