§ 156.025 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person may collect, transport, or dispose of solid waste generated within the county except in full compliance with this chapter after having obtained a license to do so by the department as specified in this section. This section does not apply to self-haulers or to the transportation of solid waste through the county.
