§ 156.005 BOUNDARIES OF SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT AREA.
   Pursuant to M.S. § 400.08, subd. 2, as it may be amended from time to time, the county establishes one solid waste management area, with its boundaries being coterminous with the boundaries of the county.
