§ 51.095 USE OF PUBLIC SEWER BY SIGNIFICANT INDUSTRIAL USER.

Use of the public sewer by a significant industrial user or a user having greater than normal domestic strength waste shall not be permitted except as provided for by a user agreement subject to the provisions of § 51.094. Use of the public sewer in a manner which is inconsistent with the terms of a user agreement shall be a violation of this chapter.
