1 For parking stalls with an angle of 30° or greater, the minimum stall dimensions shall be 9 feet wide and 19 feet long. 2 For parking stalls with an angle of less than 30°, the minimum stall dimensions shall be 9 feet wide and 23 feet long, unless there are no obstructions either to the front or to the rear of the stall, in which case the minimum stall dimensions shall be 9 feet wide and 19 feet long.
