§ 51.062 SURFACE RUNOFF OR GROUNDWATER CONNECTIONS PROHIBITED.

No person shall make connection of roof downspouts, foundation drains, sump pumps, areaway drains or other sources of surface runoff or groundwater to a building sewer or indirectly to the wastewater disposal system.
