§ 51.037 TYPE, CAPACITIES, LOCATION AND LAYOUT.

The type, capacities, location, and layout of a private wastewater disposal system shall comply with all requirements of Minnesota Rules Part 7080 or the Nobles County individual sewage treatment ordinance, whichever is more restrictive. No septic tank or cesspool shall be permitted to discharge to any natural outlet.
