(A) Required. Prior to commencement of construction of a private wastewater disposal system, the owner shall first obtain a development permit pursuant to Chapter 155 (Zoning). The application for such permit shall include an approved application and permit number obtained from Nobles County pursuant to its individual sewage treatment ordinance.
(B) Inspections. The development permit for a private wastewater disposal system shall not become effective until the installation is completed in accordance with the Nobles County individual sewage treatment ordinance and an operation permit has been issued by Nobles County.
