The city is hereby divided into zoning districts as shown on the zoning map. The zoning map together with all explanatory matter thereon, is hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this title. ('69 Code, § 7-7)
(A) Signature and seal. The zoning map shall be identified by the signature of the Chairman of the Planning Commission attested by the City Clerk and bearing the seal of the city under the following words: "This is to certify that this is the Official Zoning Map of the City of Worthington, Minnesota." ('69 Code, § 7-7.01)
(B) Changes in map. If, in accordance with the provisions of this title, changes are made in district boundaries or other matter portrayed on the zoning map, such changes shall be made on the zoning map promptly after the amendment has been approved by the City Council. The Administrator shall make such changes. ('69 Code, § 7-7.02)
(C) Unauthorized change. Any unauthorized change of whatever kind by any person or persons shall be considered a violation of this title and punishable as provided under the provisions of this title. ('69 Code, § 7-7.03)
(D) Final authority. Regardless of the existence of purported copies of the zoning map, which may from time to time be made or published, the official zoning map shall be the final authority of the current zoning status and shall be located in the office of the Administrator. ('69 Code, § 7-7.04)
