§ 155.005 PROVISIONS SEVERABLE.
   This title and the various subchapters and divisions thereof are hereby declared to be severable. If any article, section, subsection, paragraph, sentence or phrase of this title is adjudged unconstitutional or invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this title shall not be affected thereby.
