The Community Development Department is hereby authorized to revoke a sign permit upon failure of the holder thereof to comply with any provision of this chapter, including failure to pay the required permit fee. Any party aggrieved by such revocation may appeal the action to the Board of Zoning Adjustment by filing a written appeal with the Community Development Department within ten days after the revocation.
