§ 50.09 DRAINAGE INTO STORM SEWERS.
   It is unlawful for the owner of a building on which any part of the eave thereof is situated within 75 feet of a storm sewer to permit water from the roof of such building to drain onto a street or alley adjacent thereto; and it is also unlawful for any such owner to fail to collect all of such water in eave troughs, or other conductors, and discharge the same by pipe into a storm sewer. Provided, however, that all such connections shall be made at the expense of the owner of such building and with the approval of the City Engineering Department.
