(A) All municipal utility services shall be so sold and delivered to consumers under the then applicable rates, rules, policies, and regulations established pursuant to section 6.04 of the City Charter.
(B) All rates for municipal utilities shall be set forth in a resolution adopted by the City Council and effective no sooner than 30 days thereafter. Such resolution as to the utilities within the jurisdiction of the Water and Light Commission shall initiate with the Commission and be ratified and confirmed by the Council. ('69 Code, § 3.07)
