§ 130.05 PUBLIC URINATION.
   (A)   Definition. For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PUBLIC PLACE. Includes, but is not limited to, any street or highway, alley, parking lot, driveway, sidewalk, boulevard, park, or other place open to public view. A public place does not include an enclosure designed for use as a toilet or lavatory.
   (B)   Prohibition. It is unlawful for any person to urinate in a public place.
   (C)   Violation. Violation of this section is a misdemeanor, as provided in § 10.99.
