§ 50.02 AUTHORITY OF WATER AND LIGHT COMMISSION.
   Pursuant to section 6.04 of the City Charter, the Water and Light Commission has the authority from time to time to adopt rates, rules, regulations, and policies for the operation and management of municipal utilities under their control.
