§ 50.01 MANAGEMENT OF UTILITIES; NECESSARY LEGISLATION.
   Pursuant to section 6.02 of the City Charter, the control and management of the water and light utilities shall be committed to the municipal Water and Light Commission. The City Council may by resolution impose upon the Commission the control and management of any other utility owned and operated by the city, including the sewer system.
