§ 115.09 REGISTER OF GOODS.
   Each licensee shall keep at the place of business a register in which shall be entered clearly in ink in the English language, a detailed description of each article of personal property acquired by purchase or received on deposit as a pledge in the course of the business. The licensee shall note particularly in such entry any prominent distinguishing mark on such article, the date when the same is received, and the name or names and residences of the person or persons depositing or pledging the same. Such register shall be kept clean and legible and without erasure or defacement of any proof of the entries made therein.
