(A) For the following items, regardless of what price the licensee intends for their resale, the licensee shall make out, on forms approved by the Police Department, and send monthly by mail to the Police Department, a copy of the pawn ticket from any and all goods listed below and received in the city during the preceding working day, together with the time received and a description of the person from whom the goods were received:
(1) Items with a serial number, identification number, initials, personalized inscriptions, personal brand, or "Operation Identification" symbol;
(2) Cameras;
(3) Electronic audio or video equipment;
(4) Precious jewelry or gems and precious metals;
(5) Artist-signed or artist-attributed works of art;
(6) Firearms;
(7) Any item, except furniture and kitchen or laundry appliances, which the licensee intends to sell for more than $200.
(B) All pawnbrokers shall send copies of all pawn tickets on a monthly basis. Copies of pawn tickets shall be delivered to the Police Department by the fourth day of the month following the reporting period.
(C) Notwithstanding the above, the licensee shall not be required to report any of the above items which were purchased by the licensee from a wholesale merchant and for which purchase the licensee has a purchase invoice on file.
