§ 114.21 PROGRAMMING DECISIONS.

All programming decisions shall be at the sole discretion of grantee; provided, however, any change in the mix, quality or level of service pursuant to 47 USC 545(a) shall require prior approval of the city. Such approval by the city shall not be unreasonably withheld.
