§ 112.99 PENALTY.

Any person who intentionally violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor, as provided in § 10.99. In addition, the city may enforce any provision of this chapter by mandamus, injunction, or any other appropriate civil remedy in any court of competent jurisdiction.
