§ 111.56 RESTRICTIONS ON PURCHASE OR CONSUMPTION.

(A) It is unlawful for any person to give, sell, procure or purchase intoxicating liquor to or for any person to whom the sale of intoxicating liquor is forbidden by law.

(B) It is unlawful for any person to mix or prepare intoxicating liquor for consumption, or consume, in any public place not licensed in accordance with the provisions of the city code and the state.
