§ 111.45 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BREWERY. As defined in M.S. § 340A.26, Subd. 1.
   BREWPUB. As defined in M.S. § 340A.24.
   HOTEL or MOTEL. As defined in M.S. § 340A.101, Subd. 13.
   MANUFACTURER. As defined in M.S. § 340A.101, Subd. 17.
   RESTAURANT. As defined in M.S. § 340A.101, Subd. 25.
   WHOLESALE. Any sale for purposes of resale.
   WHOLESALER. Any person engaged in the business of selling intoxicating liquor to retail dealers.
