§ 111.34 PERMIT; LICENSE FEE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any private club or public place within the city directly or indirectly or upon any pretense or by any device to allow the consumption or display of intoxicating liquor, or the serving of any liquid for the purpose of mixing with intoxicating liquor, until any such private club or public place shall have obtained a permit from the city. Such permit shall be issued by the City Council for a period of one year to expire on March 31, next following issuance of such permit and must be renewed annually on April 1. Application for such permit shall be made to the City Council and such application shall contain all information requested by said City Council.
   (B)   The annual license fee shall be established by resolution by the City Council, and shall be paid to the city and there shall be no prorating of the permit fee for any reason. (Ord. 651, eff. 4-13-82)
   (C)   No permit issued hereunder shall be transferable with respect to the named permit holder or location.
