For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CLUB. As defined in M.S. § 340A.101, Subd. 7.
INTOXICATING LIQUOR and LIQUOR. As defined in M.S. § 340A.101, Subd. 14.
OFF-SALE. As defined in M.S. § 340A.101, Subd. 20.
ON-SALE. As defined in M.S. § 340A.101, Subd. 21.
PACKAGE or ORIGINAL PACKAGE. As defined in M.S. § 340A.101, Subd. 22.
SALE and SELL and SOLD. All barters and all manners or means of furnishing intoxicating liquor, including such furnishing in violation or evasion of law.
