Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction may be punished by a fine not to exceed $500, imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both. In addition thereto, the costs of prosecution may be imposed upon the defendant, and the court shall order restitution to the city as appropriate.
