§ 96.04 WETLANDS.

The terms of § 96.02(A) and (B) shall not apply to any wetland delineated by the Natural Resources Conservation Service, the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, the Army Corps of Engineers, or the Nobles Soil and Water Conservation District. The terms of § 96.02(C) and (D) apply to such wetlands.
