§ 96.01 CITY TO CONTROL GRASS ON STREETS, PUBLIC LANDS AND PUBLIC DRAINAGE FACILITIES.
   The city shall have control and supervision over all grass plats upon streets, public drainage ditches or ponds, or other public property.
