(A) Registration system adopted. The system for the permanent registration of voters provided for by M.S. Chapter 201, as it may be amended from time to time, is hereby adopted.
(B) Voters must be registered. No person shall be permitted to vote at any election in the city unless he or she is registered as provided by state law.
