§ 94.18 STANDARDS AND PROCEDURES.

The following standards and procedures in §§ 94.19 through 94.22 shall affect the assessment of any improvement ordered by the Council. For those projects constructed entirely by a developer, other methods may be used by the developer if unreasonable inequities do not appear to exist.
