(A) No person shall obstruct any channel and it is unlawful for any person to swim or dive within any channel. The word "channel" shall mean any city authorized course. ('69 Code, § 6.32, Subd. 6)
(B) Water skiing, surfboarding and use of a personal watercraft except for loading and unloading are prohibited in a primary harbor, channel or any area prohibited hereby to the operation of a boat. The phrase "primary harbor" shall mean any city authorized boat unloading and loading area. ('69 Code, § 6.32, Subd. 7)
